L1: Knees & hr

Tire Jumps
Rx: Jump all 4 tires (land in the center) then jump out
L3: Step in and out of all 4 tires.  
L2: Step in 3
L1: Do squats

Rope Climb
Rx: all the way-up, all the way down
L3: ½ way-up
L2: climb up from floor with legs extended
L1: climb up from floor with knees bent/pull your butt off the mat
