Class Descriptions

CrossFit (1 hour):


Constantly Varied Functional Movements performed at High Intensity. Our CrossFit classes are a combination of weightlifting, metabolic conditioning, and gymnastics. Members brand new to CrossFit must first complete our build up series before enrolling in regular CrossFit classes.

Build Up (1 hour):


Beginner CrossFit (prerequisite for taking CrossFit classes). A 6 class series that teaches you the foundations of CrossFit. This class is open to EVERYONE, including more experienced athletes who want a review of CrossFit Foundations.

Comp Train (1-1.5 hrs):


This is not a coached class and is intended for Advanced Athletes, following Ben Bergeron's programming. Minimum of 6 months CrossFit required. Must be proficient in CrossFit movements.

Boot Camp (1 hour):


Cardio class incorporating body weight movements and some light weights. Additional focus on core and legs. This is a beginner friendly class and has no prerequisite.

FIT Fusion 9 AM (1 hour):


A combination of high intensity functional movements with additional focus on flexibility, mobility, and balance training. This is a beginner friendly class and has no prerequisite.

FIT Fusion M&W 6 PM (30 min):


Intensive core exercises to help you get that 6 pack! This is a beginner friendly class and has no prerequisite.

FIT Fusion T&Th 6 PM (30 min):


Focus on mobility and flexibility, essential in helping recovery! This is a beginner friendly class and has no prerequisite.

HIIT (30 min):


High Intensity Interval Training- thirty minutes of straight cardio to start your day. This is a beginner friendly class and has no prerequisite.

Circuit (1 hour):


High Repetition Light Weight & Body Weight movements in a circuit style. Members new to CrossFit are encouraged to complete our Build Up series before enrolling in this class.

Olympic Lifting (1 hour):

  
Work on perfecting the Olympic Lifts. This class is open to everyone from beginner lifters to advanced.

Gymnastics (1 hour):


Work on improving agility, coordination, and flexibility through gymnastics. This class is open to everyone. Movements may be modified for beginners.

Strong Camp (1.5-2 hrs):

  
Heavy lifting class incorporating Strongman implements (atlas stones, logs, yoke & farmers carry)  as well as powerlifting movements to improve overall strength. This class is open to all and movements will be modified/scaled for beginners.

Rock N Box (1 hour):

  
Bootcamp boxing class that provides cardio and strength training exercises through heavy bag work, crosstraining, and correct boxing form to motivate the inner boxer in you! This is a beginner friendly class with no prerequisites.

Functional Kids (1 hour):

  
It's never too early to get your kids started on the path to a healthy and fit lifestyle! This class is for kids between the ages of 5 and 12 and makes fitness fun!
